I have no experience with the Stern Beretta adapter, but I do have experience with the Stern SIG P320 adapter and it works fine.

What combination of parts did you use?
Milspec upper and lower?

After an email to Stern. They said to look at thier FAQ.

The thickness of lug on the bottom of the BCG that strips the next round should be .120 to .130.

Mine is .164. Off to order a new BCG from Stern.

stern ber mag well with stern bcg, stern handguard, macon bbl and law folder . no issues. stern makes really nice stuff, and their owners are helpful and knowledgeable. would be happy to work with stern again.

Aero Precision milspec upper and lower. The upper is without the forward assist.
