Just picked one up. I like the simplicity, but the quick adjust part has a really long tail hanging from it. Anybody running one of these and come up with an idea to keep that tail out of the way?

Not sure about your specific sling, but with mine, I cut the excess off and burned it with a lighter to eliminate the fray and "seal" or sear the end.  

Works for me.
