I have a SIG MPX copperhead that when I was shooting it I had a failure to feed.

Upon closer inspection the top 2 9mm rounds got jammed in the magazine when the bolt was trying to feed them into the chamber, like they were stuck together. I never saw this issue before.

Is this a problem with my magazine or my sig MPX?

Is this a common issue to happen or is it very rare?

What would you do with this magazine? would you not use it and dispose of it because it would be too risky to use in a self defense situation because it failed?

What ammo? When did you last clean the mags? I have a glock mag AR9 that cheap ammo clogs the mag, and when I shoot it suppressed the mags become carbon catchs.

I own a SIG MPX 8.5" barrel and it has run like a champ for 2000 rounds. It's a Gen1 and they have a larger gas port than the Gen2 model.
