Was recently given a couple magazines. Wondering if these are pre-ban magazines that may benefit someone in one of those states. One is a Colt and the other is a Centex Industries.

Not with the "restricted/LE markings" I believe.

Colt is not. Center looks like it is.
Yeah, looks like the date on the center is 92… so pre-ban there. |

The Colt restricted is the 03 date. The other has a 07/92 code on it but I have no idea if that’s a date code. I guess the boys behind the enemy lines don’t get lucky today. |
