Got some time to hit up BLM land and put a couple hundred rounds through the 14.5". Had only been able to take it to the range to sight it in thus far. Was nice to finally stretch it out some.  Will be swapping the Warne mount for a Reptilia AUS 1.70" mount. I also want to swap out the optic down the road. Currently running the SLx 1-6 Nova, which I absolutely love, but with the PLxC 1-8 Nova being released, I'm very intrigued with that offering. Or even just swapping out for a standard PLxC. Would like something of better quality to match the other components of the rifle. If I go with the standard PLxC, I'll probably toss a top mounted red dot on as well. Slowly trying to get this rifle exactly how I want it. |

If you are thinking top dot, keep a 1.5 scope height, a top dot on a 1.70 gets funky, and gets retarded on a 1.93. |
