I see Gen 1 ODG PMags offered for $60.  Is that really the going rate?   I can’t believe that. What about Foliage?

TBH, kind of love my OD green straight PMag 20's.   They just look... right.

I drew the line at $20 per foliage mag a few years ago. That is double current regular Gen2 price no? Folks seemed to pay $30 for Sand mags a while back. I might consider $30 for foliage mags now

Thank you.  That gives me a point of reference.
Any line on Foliage?

For $7.49 , a spray can of Majik brand spray paint made my black Magpul mags OD green...... seems better for my budget.

LGS here had the desert tan ones for $15.00 recently..   I guess supply and demand is still alive and well.

I have seen gen2 30 rounders as cheap as $8.50, makes painting them almost obligatory.

Foliage is my fave, but I missed the boat. These should make a comeback!

Back a few years ago when the Foliage Green was being discontinued I put together an all FG gun complete with Aimpoint and Surefire and lots of FG mags.
My best looking gun to date.

Gen 2 > gen 1.  Clipping the dust cover on the bottom is the way it should be.

I still have my stack of unopened foliage straight 20s ftw.  One day I might open them

ETA: if they are going for stupid money I may have to sell some.

I have a small stash of NIW foliage straight 20 round pmags that I've been considering listing.  Any idea on a fair market price?

I hate to say it, but I'm not shocked by those high prices for Gen 1 PMAGs. Somehow they've turned into collectibles, despite having been produced by the thousands. I have a few black Gen 1 non-window mags that I've barely used, including some that I've never used, back when they came in a ziploc bag. I didn't really trust the idea of polymer mags back then, and I thought the window mags might be more prone to failure, so I avoided them. I found three new black 20-rd Gen 1 mags a few years ago for $20 ea that I bought just for fun, since they were already going for $25-$30 at the time. I also bought a like-new 30-rd OD green Gen 1 last year for $18 shipped off that big auction website - it was listed as a 10-rd mag, but the photo clearly showed a 30. By the time I received it, the auction site had removed the listing.

They're interesting to me as part of the history of Magpul's product line, but I'd never pay the collector prices people are asking for these days.
