Other than in the bore. This is what I have been doing to clean fast and well. I use denatured alcohol, patches or WypAll X70 cloth, and a GI brush. I simply wet the cloth with denatured alcohol so its wet but not dripping. Then I put the cloth on the area to be cleaned and brush like crazy on top of the cloth with the GI brush. Basically forcing the cloth into all the cracks and crevices. This works real well for me. I think the brush bristles push through and help as well.

Anyone else do something like this?

I do the same thing but with cleaning patches. Works well for me, too.
