Build one yourself. I've been very pleased with the .22 pistol upper I picked up from PSA on a lower which I purchased elsewhere.

Daniel Defense, BCM, Triarc and a lot more make great pistols.thosr are the 3 the come to mind right off the top of my head when simeone says something like best or most reliable.

Im a big fan of the radical Socoms got mine off gunspot as well as some ammo for a fair price.
