There a reason why some Su231s have a Class I vs Class II designations?

Got an example? I've only seen the Class I label on newer commercial EOTech products. Every L3 built SU-231 in my collection, from 553's to EXPS to Navsea, have been Class II designated.

They may have been commercial units swapped with SU hoods then.

I don’t have a WMX200 anymore. Was going to go with a Surefire M340V or M640V in tan. Trying to decide between single or dual cell based on MK18 RIS II rail space. Is one more commonly seen ITW? Do you have a preference?

I like the M340C on mine, perfect size. IMHO
Couldn't say about ITW though

m640V has been selected by USASOC. M340v has been seen commonly with AFSOC.

Shoulda kept it.
I was gonna type something out, but already answered.
Preference-wise single V's are slick and shaves some weight. Still wish SF would update the default plug to a 90 degree.

Finally joining the mk18 club!
Putting together a mk18 NSWDG transitional. Recently scored the upper here and an early grey 249f no logo on tacswap. What’s going to be the most useful and clone correct optic for it? I understand the 2000s aimpoint and eotechs are no longer supported by either company. Should I rock an acog or try my luck with the dots?

Yeah, no joke. I'm on my third 1201 and just picked up a non-free floated version trying to scrap enough clean parts together for a decent example. That one looks mint! Very jealous.

That’s going to be nice! I’ve been watching that ad since it was posted. Every price drop made it harder to pass. Can’t wait to see how it turns out! Did you already decide which variation you’re going for?

That lower has gotten around. What is etched on the upper receiver? (When I zoom it gets too pixelated to read)

Ya same and finally said screw it haha great seller btw worked with me on keeping the arms and leaving the 4p

Undecided right now but leaning towards finding (god willing) a Wilcox m68 mount with a pro. Going unsuppressed for awhile with the 249F due to availability of the forbidden corn. Keeping it clean and black.

Barrel dates to 2009 and is in awesome shape. Wish it was earlier but there’s always that one part. Also rocking an original colt safety with the tick.

I thought I could make out CVAW, but it was too blurry. I just heard the acronym the other day and already forgot what the CV stands for.
