Midwest Industries Combat Sights
These back up iron sights are constructed of an aluminum base and clamp with a stainless helicoil and steel clamp screw. The post is constructed of phosphate finished ordnance grade steel. These sights lock with no button required and have a positive click duel spring locking detent that prevent them from moving even under recoil. These sights use a standard post and there for can be swapped to a night sight or any other front post you like. The rear is a single size aperture that is between the peep sizes on a standard carry handle. When purchased as a set a steel front sight tool is included. Looks like a winner to me. I'll be buying a set.
I really like this. I always wanted to Dremel out the rear apeture on my KAC 600m rear but was worried I wouldn't be able to do it evenly. "Intermediate aperture for long-range precision and close-range rapid engagement." |

My complete MI Minuteman rifle got a makeover. It is now sporting the MI combat sights, and the combat rail. I mounted the sights, and the first two shots looked like this. Two clicks left and one down and they were dead on. The sight picture you get with these sights is great. The are very low profile, and go great with a complete MI rifle, and or MI optic mount.

Combat Rail and Combat sights installed on my MI rifle. The Aimpoint PRO is in an MI mount as well.
I installed the sights, and only needed two clicks left and one down to get them on. I love this stuff.

Any chance we'll see the 45 degree sights in 2018? I'm guessing it'll be in a couple months, but hope springs eternal...
