Brownells, Shark Arms Co, AU, or the EE.
Also G&R evidently. FWIW, RRA has a nice offering also.

Quoted: No affiliation, but just figured I'd point out there are a couple different versions- that one in the EE link has a reversible backplate that will allow it to work with either .750" or .625" barrels. Most of the newer ones only work with .750", like the Brownells and [banned vendor] versions posted above.. Brownells yesterday with free ship/no min and Edge membership cost $38 for one.
