The one with the suffix NZ had the New Zealand spec barrel which has a bayonet lug whereas the other does not.

The price is so good that I'm tempted to get another one but I don't need a third quad rail MRP upper. If only they had the MLOK for a similar price. I know that won't happen for awhile.
