Would there be any interest in a run of knurled and or ribbed slip rings? I did runs of several different designs years ago & wondered if there was enough interest to do them again. Photos of the previous runs below.

Edit: Better image of some of the last runs.

I made two versions of #2. One with the knurled portion centered, the others like pictured. I believe folks were using them for prototype builds, seems like someone else was working on prototype FSBs at the time also?

I would prefer the #2 pictured, but would also be interested in the #2 centered version; I like the variety with respect to “prototype” type builds.  I also have #3 from your previous offering; wish I had another, so your timing is perfect for me.

Really? I wondered where they all went.??
I have a friend that took over his uncles shop, is short on work to get it rolling & thought maybe some of my old offerings would fill the gap for him if there was interest.

I used one of your slip rings for a photo build.  Definitely was a quality part.

Bought two of #1 last time, should have bought twenty. I'll buy two/three + of whatever one you make. The OP makes A+ products!

I gave him a delta ring, barrel nut, etc, for measurements, also gave him one of my old fake moderators to copy if anyone is interested in them.
Someday I probably will make more 607 stocks, etc....after I retire.??

He’s going to make them. I’ll update when they’re available. I found the program I wrote for turning the one piece DOE handguards & I’m trying to talk him into a run of them also. Is there a need for any other parts?

Yes need 607 stocks again. I had one of yours but had to sell it when I downsized things. Should have feld onto it becuase not impressed with what I can get now for a 607 stock.

Would probably be up for #3, had one of these from you before too.

Someday I’ll make another run of 607 stocks again, where’s a source for donor A1 stocks these days? I should buy a box full & set them aside for that eventuality.
What’s wrong with the currently produced reproductions? Seems like the buttplate is more accurate than mine were.

not many affordable sources for a1 stocks anymore.  the days of large barrel fulls discovered in a barn seem to be over.  the surplus kits coming in have furniture in terrible condition.  us collectors has some nice furniture but they are pretty proud of them as well.  some of the old time sellers like myself and jhud may have a few boxes squirreled away but nothing is cheap anymore.

Ooohhh! Got more pics of that rifle? I sort of fell out of the retro scene about the time you guys were building these prototype inspired builds.
Edit: Brown Bakelite furniture has always been my favorite.??
