I bought a Nebo Torchy about a year ago.  Reviews are all over, but it has done well for me.  About $35.

I like the controls and size and thought it would make a good light on a long gun.

The body on the Nebo is 22mm.  I couldn't find a cheap mount, so a friend of mine made me a couple.

I don't know if the light will hold up, but here it is mounted on a 22LR.  I will mount another one on a centerfire rifle and test it out.  Time will tell.

I was thinking of putting on of these on a shockwave, but the mount was an issue imo.

@Capt_Destro is there a picatinny rail section on the Shockwave?

If so, I'll send you one of these mounts we made (no charge).

Oh that would be great. I use a GG&G forend rail.

12 gauge would be a good test for that light.

This little USB rechargeable $40 Targon light is extremely bright with 800 lm.
It uses an Olight style locking mechanism.
It also has sturdy activation "paddles" which work well at 3 o'clock and 9 o'clock mounting positions.
Mine is mounted on a rimfire.
