I've had this around for a few years but am not sure what it is.  Is it a weapon light from SF or handheld with pressure switch added?  I thought it was just a 9P but no hex ring on the head?

Anything interesting about it, i.e. fitting for any particular clone builds?

Any help is much appreciated!

That’s an old 660 Classic head. That configuration is worth a small fortune. The pressure switch tail cap alone sells for big bucks.

Surefire 660 with a21 extension, making it take 3 cr123. That is also a surefire m10 weaver mount.
You can remove the a21 extension in front of the tailcap to make it a standard 660, taking 2 cr123.
This light is worth $3-400+ on ebay now
Correct for CAG MRE clone or most early GWOT clones
Drop in a Malkoff m61 LED drop in with the fitting ring for shock absorbing heads, and itll be on par with most modern lights.

Edit, main body is a 960 body, not a 660. Post below me is correct.

It's actually a 960 model. It's even less common than 660. Really nice condition!

I appreciate all the help!  Not often I stumble across something that holds much value.   Sounds like this needs to go to someone who will appreciate it and use it on something period appropriate.

If I post this in the classifieds,  any issue linking to this thread for its information?

Thanks,
Nick

That's a cool old light, rare to see one that nice.  Are the A21 extensions worth anything by themselves?  I think I have one floating around somewhere.

Anyone know the part # of the tailcap, trying to so some research on it and coming up with nothing that isn't a newer version.

Thanks,
Nick

I believe it is a UU07 switch.  I have one as well!
