Thanks for uploading the pictures!
It is allowed to have more uppers or other parts, as long as you cannot make a extra weapons of the combineren parts. So 9mm uppers aro no problem for example. You can go for a collectors permit. But this takes quite some work and takes years. |

You can apply for a collectors permit. You have to make an essay about what you plan to collect and a collectors plan. If you pass You can collect guns. After 3 years also automatic guns. Which you are allowed to shoot in the right setting |
