I'm trying to remove my Daniel Defense ambi safety.

Are those allen head screws, both sides?  Cause, I have several sets of allen screws and nothing that small.

How to remove the safety?

thanks

I had one of the small button head motherfuka's.
I had to drill off the right side head in a drill press.

I did it carefully, and used a paint pen to color the divot...
So my right-handed Son had a safe- fire indicator on his Glock system 9mm AR.

You may get lucky, but don't count on it.

^^^^^^^ I laughed out loud at that.

I found another batch of allen wrenches in an unused tool box and there was one the diameter of a paper clip.  It worked.

The Daniel Defense safety was just too hard to operate.  It was way beyond "just a flick of the switch."  It was more like, having to lay the gun down and grabbing it with thumb and index finger.

But I replaced it with a Stoner steel safety.  All the difference in the world.

thanx for the response.
