I have a RRA with the world's heaviest quad rail, so I'm looking to replace the handguard w/ a M-LOK variant.  This rifle has one of their SS .223 Wylde barrels.  I think it has a mid-length gas port... it's about 9 1/2 inches from the middle of the gas block to the front of the receiver.

Here are the features I want:
lightweight (but not so lightweight that all features are deleted)
anti-rotation QD socket at the rear of the handguard
pic rail at front top position, but not pic rail the whole way back... don't want the weight and I'm not mounting NV

pic rail at 3,6,9 at the front is optional... I could go either way
I'm thinking length around 13" but could go up to 15"

I think the Aero Precision ATLAS S-ONE in M-LOK fits your requirements pretty well.

I second that as well as the enhanced handguard if you loike fat handguards.

SLR is also a great suggestion. They have a lot of options

You don't need to get an mlok rail with any built in features other than mlok. A number of manufacturers, including magpul, make all the qd sockets, pic rail lengths, bipod mounts, and anything else you want. The beauty is you can put them exactly where you want.

Yup.  What I was going to post, although I'm not entirely sure if the QD socket has an anti-rotation feature or not.

I just asked my oldest son to "grab that one" and used a laser pointer "bring it here... OK, now put it back"

Good suggestions so far.  I'm not sure the Aero is rotation limited though.

I’m a fan of the ALG. Have both V2 and V3. V2 seems more like what you would want of the 2. Pic rail for sight the rest of the top is M Lok. M Lok slots at 2,4,6,8,10. Anti rotation QD toward rear on both sides. Ive beat a couple up and they have held up nicely. Bonus the price leaves room for more ammo

Another vote for the Aero Atlas.  I really like this rail.  I was a big fan of the ALG V2 rails but I like the Atlas more now.  The QD sockets on the Aero Atlas rail are rotation limited.  I never use the QD sockets on my rails though.  I prefer to add one of the many low profile external options.

IMHO...

Budget: ALG EMR3
Pricey: Lancer LCH5
Novel: Mega Arms Wedge-Lock

Thanks for the suggestions.  Looks like I need to choose between the ALG EMR2 and the Aero.  I have a ton of respect for Bill Geissele and his work... so I might go that way.  Plus, the 15" Aero's seem to be out of stock everywhere I've looked.

If you want really lightweight, faxon carbon fiber

It looks like you could easily stick your thumb through one of those large holes and burn yourself on the barrel.
