I’ve got a RRA elite operator ii I want to throw a scope on for groundhogs.  I have unlimited disatance to shoot however I think I will really. Only be using this between 200-350 yards. I planned on going with Fiocchi 50 gr vmax bullets.   Should I consider other bullets?

This gun will get used only a couple times a year maybe 3-4 if that. I’m looking at spending $350-$450

What power scope fits the bill?
What rectical? Mill dot ? ( I really don’t understand recticals and focal planes as evey scope I currently have shoots to 125 yards or less)

I use my suppressed custom 10/22 with a 3x9 in the yard up to about 60yds
