One of those " for the money" questions........
At $20, the ergo is a bargain by a "reputable" company.
Any reason to double or triple down for say a BCM or Geissele?

Reminds me of the TROY industries or YHM low pro gas block, no bells and whistles type. Heck, they all might even be the same.

It has more to do with how well it fits your barrel’s journal. Even some reputable / expensive gas blocks may be a little too loose (or tight) for a particular barrel.

I don’t care for Geissele cast gas blocks. BCM is great, but they are usually a little on the tight side, which is good. Most of the time a little heat is required to slide it on.
