Quoted: Hi Everyone, I'm new to AR's. I just picked up a NIB Colt LE6920. I noticed that I can the gas tube on both sides of the delta ring. Is this normal? The handguards are factory so I'm wondering if something is wrong! I even tried to reset the handguards Regards, Addicus Can what the gas tube? |

You are going to see like 1/8th to 1/4" of the gas tube through the delta ring.

I tried 3 times to reseat the hand guards with the same result. Not sure what's going on!

When you look down from the top it is normal to see about a 1/4" of gas tube on the barrel side of the ring and about 3/16" of gas tube on the handguard side of the ring.

That's exactly what I see! So, I'm guessing that's normal
