I can't believe we haven't come up with a legitimate way to do this yet.
I know PMC started selling ammo in their own battle packs.

How has nobody recognized the market for bags made out of the same material that can be packed and sealed by the end user?!

Any thoughts?

At this point I think the closest thing I could do is order some 20 mil plastic rolls and try to heat seal some bags together.

Vacuum sealers do a great job.  Air tight and you can see what's inside.

Nope. If it is airtight, what little oxygen is left gets consumed if at all by oxydation and that's it.
