What is the correct buffer tube and lock ring for a colt 633?  2 position? 4?  Also does it use a castle nut or the car15

Colt 9mm SMGs would have come with the 2-position tube and old style lock ring. I'm not sure at what point in production that would have started to change, but that is how the early models were.

Not sure when the change was, but a good guess is 1995-1996 when the M4 came on line.
Definetly berfore 2002 2003 when the CAR Stock went away.
My 1991 Government Carbine has the spanner nut and 2 position tube.
