Considering this barrel But but new to 308 and all the differences between the manufacturers I have no clue if it will work not.. Aim has this barrel on sale FAXON Firearms 6.5 Creedmoor Match Series Heavy Fluted 416R 18 in. Barrel
IN the description they put this "Barrel Extension: DPMS LR-308 Compatible " and that's what makes me ask the question.

Im using a Palmetto Gen 2 upper..

One thing I do strongly suggest... is an adjustable GB. ( See threads )

Also consider the complete PSA 6.5CM upper... that way you know all the parts work. ( No Mil-Spec for .308 AR's )
