He didn't even put a pistol tube on it -
People that are not familiar with the nuances can get into trouble - the line of compliant versus non-compliant is fuzzy enough that people can make such mistakes. Only thing is that is that the feds would have no problem immediately slamming you with a felony for the error or lack of understanding. |

Based on the images he has in the auction, that is an SBR and not a pistol.
You can use regular rifle tubes on pistol builds and a few months ago Brownell's and a couple of others were selling Colt lowers but not that one! |
