Hey all! So I recently purchased a banshee 9mm 2022 version, and I bought a Magpul D50 GL9 PCC to go along with it. I filled the magazine and it’s having trouble fitting into the mag well. it’s a very, very, very tight fit very hard to insert and even harder to release. Does anybody else know of or have had a similar issue? And would maybe a regular Magpul D50 GL9 made for Glock handguns work better? Thank You in advance for any help.

Try some Glock OEM G17 or G19 pistol mags in the magwell. This will help determine if it's the D-50 mag, or all glock won't fit.
Take measurements of the D-50 mag using some calipers, and compare them to Glock OEM pistol mag measurements. Contact magpul and ask them what you should do if it's out of spec. If it's not a mag issue, you'll need to contact CMMG and ask them what to do. Last question.....you sure the lower is for glock mags ?? . |

I just loaded a brand new D-50 with 50 rounds and it goes right in and out of my mag well on a grey Cerakoted CMMG lower. I left it loaded and I will check again in the future. I have had Magpul mags swell with the Endomag in them to the point that they don't drop free. I also had a long tower D-50 completely crap itself at a USPSA match last weekend. The polymer just doesn't seem tough enough.

Just shot my cmmg and magpul pcc drum today. Fitment is fine but would not feed reliably. The Korean drum is very tight in my gun. Glock and ets mags are gtg

My Magpul mags fit too tight in my Banshee. OEM Glock mags work fine. I thought it was the cerakote but I had a few Glock mags cerakoted to match and they still work fine. So I only use OEM Glock mags on the Banshee.

Yes my lower is for Glock mags it came with a 33round Glock mag, a friends G17 17round mag fit as well. I will take measurements and contacts Magpul if they are different than the G17 33rd measurements that’s a good idea.

Magpul drum, I purchased mine from Arms Unlimited as that was the cheapest price I found. |
