Are you asking about the original Bushmaster? If I had to guess, I would put money on Green Mountain Barrels in Conway NH. Same would go for Windham Weaponry.  

If you are asking about the Remington/Bushmaster, who knows but probably Remington.

Impossible to tell unless we have some good info from the company or the barrels have some supplier marking other than the usual B MP ones
