Have this upper with a psa 9mm lower. What’s the best buffer and spring to buy? Been reading on brianenos and people really like the blitzkrieg buffers.

I suggest at least a 7.5 ounce buffer

I have the same PSA setup and went with the Angstadt 8 oz Heavy Buffer with their standard carbine buffer spring, it greatly reduced the recoil impulse and made it a lot more fun to shoot. I initially had FTE every 20-30 rounds, adjusted the ejector upwards 1/16” (used a 1/16” Allen wrench under the ejector as a gauge), my 11-year old twins shot about 300 flawless rounds through it and felt much better to them...

21.5 oz - 23.5 oz is generally considered the "sweet spot" reciprocating mass range for most 9mm simple blowbacks.

14 oz bolt with a 7.5 oz - 9.5 oz buffer would put you in that range.

Extended length (~4") with internal sliding weights is recommended. Standard carbine spring.

I have a 5.5" and a 4.5" upper that I use a carbine spring and RRA 9mm buffer.
Even with a BFS lll trigger I have no issues.
Spinta bcg and a Taccom BCG

I run a hydraulic in my Spikes Colt mag build. Makes for very soft shooting gun.

My 9mm bolt is 15.5 oz. and I use an 8.5 oz. XH heavybuffers.com buffer and a spacer, or you can use a 4" buffer. You can fine tune the bolt travel with quarters in the buffer tube.

On my 9mm I use a Colt bolt with 5.5 oz 2-pc buffer, standard carbine spring & spacer.
