I’m looking for a backpack I can store/carry my AR in with upper removed from the lower receiver.

What size barrel?

I'm using one of the smaller Oakley bags to carry my 300blk pistol.  
I actually wrap the lower half in a towel before sticking it in the bag.  It keeps the two halves from scratching each other up.

Awesome set up. I have RRA 6.8 spc I want to trail carry in a bag. Dealing with the liberal Covid19 fearful.
