Dead simple, maybe 30 seconds if the cartridges share the same bolt.
I have one bolt carrier and two bolts. The swap is easy, just annoying. Not as simple as an AR pattern bolt. I should have bought another bolt.
The lowers use two sizes of mag wells depending on the magazine size. You'll need both to shoot those cartridges.
The chicom scope in the photo is junk. That's too bad, it's the perfect size and has a mil dot reticle for simple hold overs, and I have never found a quality scope of similar size. There is a ,Vortex on there now.
I don't know why TNW put such a bad trigger in the gun. The sear engagement was so long on the one I fixed that the trigger nearly ran out of travel before it released. The pull was rough and 12 pounds or so. I changed springs, polished, and reduced the sear engagement to about 0.036 inches, which is more than plenty. When I work on the other trigger I will reduce both of them to about 0.028 inches, and I have better training, experience, and stones for the surfaces now.
