nice~ how's the magpul bipod? feel sturdy? i didn't realize it levels the rifle quite well with a 30 round mag, im a bit interested.

I like this bipod. All I have used up until now was the Harris BRM-S 6"-9" (I have them on several of my ARs). The MAGPUL has a tension knob that allows you to tighten the swivel capability as much as you need it. I have it fairly snug, but not too snug and it is really stable. The M-LOK mount connects very well and fits tight. No movement. I also like how the legs adjust as well as how they release and fold. I look forward to getting this to the range to put it through the paces.

I have a similar set up, curious on your weight with bipod, no mag?

I have a little older Midwest rail, I really like the newer version, they fixed the 2 issues I did not like about the version I have.

I originally had it in an Aero Precision SPR mount, but when the LT-204 came out, I had to have it. Being a QD mount, it has its advantages over the Aero Precision mount.
