You have anything for 7.62x39 & 22LR prices?! Been curious about the data on those. Saw some CCI 22LR go for 25¢/rd on GB the other day...what in the crap?! |

Sorry, but I haven't been tracking those. I supposed I could add them though.

The fact alone that it’s available is good. The price is decent all things considered. I was using the Barnes VOR-TX version of this. My gun loves it. I last paid over $2/round. Now, after the bankruptcy of parent company Remington it’s not even available that I can tell.
Great find. |

I don't know the quality of this buckshot, but considering SG wants $400 for what I consider "budget" blaster buck, this seems like a deal given 2021 (granted 8 yrs ago I paid $150 for 250 rds :()

your trending charts are great. Most places however are not offering any free shipping deals and some charge tax, so .75 cpr at one place, for example, can quickly become .90cpr to your door.

Never shot any of it but I wasn't impressed. Nothing I would buy personally, but people snapped it up quick enough due to the lack of other options Now it's being dolled out by the distributors only to dealers who buy shotguns. This 00 and slug shortage is pretty bad. There's been no meaningful resupply of either type since gun season last fall. That's unheard of |

Midway has Winchester 7.62x54R 180 grain SP's in stock at $1.80 a round. High priced but I'm surprised they're even bothering to produce this caliber right now.

That's unheard of View Quote The supply chain ebbs and swings of this ammo shortage are very interesting to me. If lead really is one of the bottlenecks (compared to brass/copper, primers, powder) then you would expect shotgun shells to take it hard. I would think a lot more of their unit cost is made up of lead than other centerfire cartridges. All else being equal, if you only have a set amount of lead coming in, do you make 1 x 437-gr (1oz) slug or almost 10 x 55gr 5.56? If you can sell 5.56 for $0.75, then that means the slug is worth $5+ each. |

As for $1 per round for the 224 Valkyrie I have no idea if that's insanely high since I don't shoot it. If it was priced similar to 300BLK pre-plandemic then again I'd say it's a bit high, but not insane. |

Natchez had Fiocchi .380ACP JHP today for $0.52 each, that was a surprise. But I wouldn't call it the new market price.

I considered factoring in shipping but that made the process of collecting the data much more time consuming. That, and I'm really tracking trends. For the most part adding in the shipping would only move all the lines up a few notches, but the shape of the lines (i.e. the part I'm most interested in) would remain the same. |

Is it worth getting a Prime membership at Target Sports USA?
One of the benefits is advanced notice of in stock ammo. But what good is it to know in advance if something like 5.56 is in stock at $0.85 / rd? EDIT: opps...I guess I already asked this, but didn't get a reply... |

Was hoping the advance notice would be worth it, but it seems like it's advance notice for stuff that's still overpriced...even with the prime discount. That's what I was afraid of. |

Target sports membership was worth it when they had everything in stock, now it isn’t unless you want bulk 50 bmg ammo which is always in stock and can be had for $2.75 cpr with free ammo can and shipping. The “free ammo gift” that is included ended up being a 30 cal ammo can with some cleaning supplies.

I didn't get any cleaning supplies got a blackhawk ID holder and some other garbage. Overall I don't see them doing well this year or the next few unless they get more ammo in stock. |
