Guys,

Looking for opinions on taper pin installation, #31 drill bit,  2/0 taper reamer.  3/4" long taper pins.

When do you stop reaming before the hammer comes out?  1/8" proud to pound in?  

Usual front cap space is about 0.030 for the hand guard?
