Have you looked into suppressor versions of flash hiders?

I'm using an AAC .30 cal flash hider on my 6.5G

BROWNELLS 308 RETRO AR-10 STYLE FLASH HIDERS

I have two of the closed prong flash hiders.  They have about the same O.D. as most barrels.

Vortex makes a 30 cal with that thread pitch.  They work very well

Every established, reputable muzzle device manufacturer makes a wide variety of devices for different bore diameters and threads.

Even 10 years ago, there was a wide range of flash hider options for 9/16x24 and 5/8x24 muzzles.

The ones I have used include:

A2 9/16x24 from AA
NOX FH from Precision Firearms
A2 5/8x24
LaRue Tranquilo
PF Muzzle Leveling Device
ThunderBeast Arms 9/16x24, 5/8x24 FH and Brakes for their suppressors

A bunch of others I forgot...

Believe it or not, one of the absolute best flash hiders is the standard A2 birdcage style. Rarely more than $10. Search the internet and YouTube videos far and wide for actual low light tests and you will see the results.

Bare muzzle 11,000 lux

A2 birdcage 1 lux $9

Super wiz-band 3 prong 1 lux $90

I've had really good luck with the goofy lookin' Ruger flash hider.
I have one on my hunting rifle as well as my steel slapping gun both are 20" barrels.
I would agree with an above poster that the regular old A2 flash hider works very very well for its purpose.
