I believe they are discontinued but D&H used to make 15rd USGI style aluminum mags. I have a bunch of them.

Magpul has a few new magazines coming out...
One is a 20 round 300 BLK magazine & the other is a 10/30 (10 round capacity, 30 round body, riveted baseplate) 5.56 magazine... I would love to see Magpul do 15/20 (15 round capacity, 20 round body, riveted baseplate) magazines, in both 5.56 & 300 BLK... |

Yes, E-Lander magazines come in a 15 round variety.
https://www.primaryarms.com/e-lander-556-nato-15-round-steel-magazine When e-landers first hit the market they had some jacked up dimensions that made the mags worthless unless you modified them. They've fixed those issues by now (I have bought old and new batch, new ones are good-to-go). The mags are heavy steel and they feed very smoothly, good stuff. |
