I emailed Magpul the other day about this very instance. Said they had no ETA for another run on Orange Mags....so I guess we wait.

You could ask them if when their next batch of black 30rd PMAGs would come out, and they probably wouldn't give you a straight answer. My guess is that they just don't want to have to eat their words. Fortunately for us, they are pretty active on the boards. Hopefully they will see that the demand exists and choose to make another run of orange mags. Until then, I will probably spray paint a few mags orange for range use. |

I've been looking everywhere for an orange PMAG, but like the Magpul lower receivers and the clear PMAGs, it seems like they make just enough for people to hear about them but not enough for anybody to actually get. Beginning to think they're just creating buzz to keep people interested in them & keep selling regular PMAGs.

I have a couple of dozen of them I found at Cheaper Than Dirt (and the name is not an accurate description of the price each!).
It would take some insanely rich guy to get me to part with any of them! Of course I live in Texas... the land of insanely rich gun guys... so who knows! BUT... my intention is to keep ALL of them! |
