None?  IIRC, they should be banned for civilian use.

I got a 3 pack of these fancy mag followers from BROWNELLS recently.  They seem to be made of a space age polymer or something!

Not sure if they do anything good, but they don't seem to do any harm.  Pics of them and the military green followers below incase anyone is interested...

I have to credit MarkM with actully trying the followers. Thanks for giving them a chance.

You'll have to credit MUDBUG for it.  He had them in his mags, and before I could catch myself I exclaimed..  "These things REALLY WORK!"

Now ask yourself this:

Does Phil use magpul followers?

WHOA!  Good point.

Phil = Hell No.

Mudbug = KNS pins.

I'm definitely headed the WRONG way.

I'm not even sure if I've ever seen a Teflon coated mag.  How can you tell? (besides frying an egg on it)

The Thermold mags will burn and can be used as an emergency heat source.

Combine the Thermold mags with a few Teflon mags to cook on and you could fry eggs in the field.

This is a marketing masterpiece. The survival forum guys will be all over this. They could be sold in 3 packs of two Thermolds and one teflon mag.

Easy, just feel the frying pan, then the mag. If the fingers got same "sensation", the mag is teflon coated.
