For $16 you can get boxes of 110gr VMAX (one of the best for accuracy & terminal performance).  $12-$13 will get you boxes of SSA Extreme.  If you reload you can reload Extream or Rem FMJ for around $5/box 20 by reusing your brass and using surplus powder.


Those numbers certainly look more attractive than what I saw in a quick search. With them in mind, I wouldn't mind having a 6.8. The handloads would be no problem, I love reloading and have been into it for many years. Thanks for the info, I may just look into getting an upper.

I'm with you and Santos. Solve all the problems and go with a 6.8mm SPC fired thru a 16-in barrel and support it with a collapsible M4 stock. Put our tax dollars to work for some positive change.
