| Buddy has a Chevy C20 I believe 1969 camper special with factory 396 big block / T-400 begging for a restore, interior and drivetrain are done (10mpg on a good day), needs paint and a bottom rocker panel and his wife ain't too bad either. Think I'll take a retro on next visit and get a pic if possible. |

So had some friends over for dinner last night and after telling the girls about this thread they were all up for a few pics. 
So here you go guys, Blondie and friends with a 605, 629, 601 and 602. And very proud of all of them since I didn't once have to yell, "Get your booger picker off the trigger!"

I agree completely, that's the main reason none of the rifles have mags in them, didn't want any confusion about loaded or unloaded weapons.

OK, Blondie drove all the way from Kansas to join me for the Tulsa gun show!
So here you go, alll the way from Oklahoma Blondie with a few fun show finds.
First up is the Winchester model 12 that I got a couple weekends back. There will be more pics of this shotgun after I get some of the parts in to get it converted. 
Second up is my "601" build but with one of the Colt 3x20 scopes I found at the Tulsa show.
And here she is at the show with a "Ma duce"

Here's some more of my 12 yr old daughter India. Took her with me to the L.E. range during our "transition Training" with the Sheriffs Dept.(we are changing from shotguns to AR 15s) We had more rifles than deputy's so the range officer let her sight one in and "Qualify" with the other deputys. She is praying they ask her at school what she did over spring break !!

How'd she stack up against the old timers? Pretty cool that she got to participate. Good for the range master! |
She scored 46 out of 50. or 92%....70% needed to pass. about half the officers were either SWAT or County Hazardous Response Unit, so they CAN shoot. Some of the Road Deputys had never run an AR15 type weapon before. Some of them she out shot, but the big difference was during mag changes. Indy has been firing AR's from birth almost, first with a 22LR adaptor then 5.56 and she deer hunts with a 6.8. So she KNOWS how to do a fast mag change. During rapid fire with mag changes she was right there with the SWAT guys
