I got shipping notification on another one I ordered 2 weeks ago
And speaking of Perst, I sent a warranty repair in last year in September, and I called Black Phase Tactical on Saturday to check in the status. Cory seemed surprised because he said I should have gotten a replacement unit a LONG time ago. I just got shipping confirmation, so he said he is sending me a new unit, since Zenit is being retards right now |

Just ordered a 20" 7mm-08 AR barrel for an LR308 build. Thanks for the heads up OP.
This is my first large frame AR build. Will these barrels work with a 5D tactical 80% lower and a Aero Precision M5 upper? |

Evidently far enough back in the queue that I could add fluting (e-mailed them yesterday). I just finished milling my 80% JTAC-10 lower, 5D Tactical multi-pro jig is the bomb, love it. Still waiting on my 6.5 CM ordered May 10th.

I only finished 1 out of the 3 I ordered. Mine were all 12.5in, 1in8 twist with a Wylde chamber.
Best group during break in and tuning was 1 1/8 inch. 3 rounds touching and 2 touching away from. The 3 round cluster. With a leupold 1-4 from a bench resting on a bag. We weren't shooting fro groups, and im sure with more scope it would be better. I have 12-15 barrels from these guys, every one is easily 1MOA or better. I dont have a picture, so you'll just have to take my word for it. |

Still no barrel, emailed them to check on the status. They said it was on the productîon floor along with a large batch of similar barrels. That was a couple of weeks ago...fingers crossed.

I'm 10 weeks into the wait. Ordered a 22" 1-8 .875 semi bull in 556 or wylde don't remember which. Have an old bushmaster varminter who's barrel died valiantly in the prairie dog towns and needs an upgrade. Look forward to testing a heavy rifle that rides the bags like a fat dog.

My 300 Blackout barrel arrived weeks ago but I just got around to assembling & test firing the upper.
I will say I'm impressed, it cycled two different subsonic hand loads and locked the bolt back on an empty mag each time with a can and a standard non-adjustable GB. No accuracy testing since this is a build for a friend but I hope I can help him dial it soon. Now I wish I had ordered two of these, I can see more BHW barrels in my future. |

I got another one earlier this week, that I ordered about a week after my first batch.
This one is an 11.5 instead of a 12.5, but i knew that, since they called and informed me about 5 weeks ago, that it was cut to the wrong length. They gave me an option to keep it as is or wait for them to remake one, and I kept the 11.5 I'm going to build out another Mega pistol |

When I was ordering my barrel I also bought a 264 lbc barrel from them off the clearance store. I finally shot it yesterday and it shot very well. I am hoping my other barrel will be done soon.

No pics yet since I'm still working load dev (next up is 168 NBT for hunting season) but 168 FGMM easily stacks 3 (as manufacturers are quick to point out, their "guarantee" is for THREE shots instead of the more common 5-10
 ) in a bughole; sub MOA is pretty damn easy for 5 rounds from my .308 barrel.MATEN is finally shooting like it used to, before the Rainier barrel went to crap. Next outing (Friday mayhaps, 16th AF family day ahead of the holiday) I'll grab some photos of how it do. |

I received 2 of the 3 I ordered on April 27th on Tuesday, no shipping notification or anything, they just showed up. I ordered 3 in this batch from Columbia/Black hole. 2x6.8SPC, and a 18in 5.56 Super heavy contour for my "planned" 5.56 DMR or Pseudo-SAW. The 6.8 showed up. Still waiting on the heavy 5.56
The 4 I ordered from True sporting arms came a few weeks ago. |

I ordered 2 a little later in May. After I emailed them I got a "we're working on it" response but no ETA.
I thought I was being smart by buying the suppressors for those builds first. Looking like barrels will take longer than a Form 4. |

I emailed them last week. My barrel is still in the fluting stage. I would guess cerakote is after that.
With it being holiday season, I expect I will not see this barrel this year. That is unfortunate. |

Holy crap I finally got it. Ordered May 6.
   I received a UPS shipping alert with tracking number from UPS, not BHW. It shipped from a UPS store 5 hours away from their shop.  The profile is similar to a Criterion hybrid barrel profile. |

I finally broke down from being patient as my barrel had not magically arrived yet. I guess my order had fallen thru the cracks and they whipped one up and shipped it, with tracking info. It is a beautiful bitch and contour is perfect. 5.56, 18”, 1:7, “light” contour. 3gun rifle.

You will love that 18in
I have a heavy contour 18 that shoots borderline better than a Bartlein Heavy barrel that cost 2X as much I built a run and gun SPR and I feel the extra weight helps me balance, and plant the rifle better into barricades after running a few miles. I think it is about 1.5lbs heavier than your barrel |
