No issues this weekend with pistols, pump shotguns, and the RAR. Landowner doesn't want rifle calibers shot at this place because of range size, so no ar15.

It was well below freezing, and I didn't have any difficulty cycling any actions, no light strikes, and the water from combustion didn't freeze up the guns either. I know the 12ga ammo I was shooting (various Magnum loads for the recoil therapy) had a lot of water in it as I'd have bits of ice hit my face after cycling the action.

The key point here being the water not being able to freeze up the action. Guns were not kept warm, and ROF was rather low.
