Can anyone with a protractor please measure the angle of their slant cut vepr and/or the angle of any of the commonly available slant adapters on the market (Canis, CSS, etc.)?

I believe the common angle is ~40deg, I'd like to confirm. Thanks!

There are 2 angle cut rear recievers

the robarm veprs from 1999 have a shallower angle

I know this is a really old thread, but I have pictures of early Robarm slant cut VEPR as measured with a protractor. I once wanted to convert it and ordered an adapter which turned out to be cut at the wrong angle to mate up with my slant cut.

I'll find the pics when I get home and try to post them in here.

Hey Doc, what year is your Vepr? Mine is a '98 (308) and very close to that. I'll get around to posting those photos soon. Got tied up.
