Is there anything production that carries all of these requirements?
Looking for an AK47 SBR with a pistol brace that side folds, ultimak or some other quad rail for optic, grip, lights, on it that will hold zero, and then a threaded barrel that I can put an AAC muzzle device onto and then my SDN6 afterwards.
I'm guessing this is $1,000 or more?

Which is it? SBR, the R stand for rifle. Braces are for pistols.
If you want a real SBR, you can snag a factory Arsenal SBR for ~$1500 and wait for your form 4 to come back in 4-12 months. Comes with a 4.5mm triangle folding
stock.
There are some of the Arsenal "ur" models still floating around on the secondhand market. Both in pistol form and in rifle form. Either one of those you could buy, fill out the form 1, and have you an SBR in a month.
If you're talking
brace and you really want a
pistol, there aren't a ton of options that ship exactly like you described. The AK-P comes close, with the rail and a folding brace right out of the box.
You could also slap a folding
brace and rail on a dozen other ak
pistols, including the sam7k and romanian draco.
As far as barrel threading, as long as you dont get unlucky and get a jacked up barrel, getting threads for a suppressor should be no problem on just about any krink.
