That looks like the easiest method, I have a machinist buddy who could do it for cheap.

How did you guys determine where to tap and drill holes? And science behind the madness?
Forgot I used this wedge too.
Link

I just lined up the mount, marked it with a sharpie and got to it

Vise, Dewalt drill, die/tap set.

Tapped the holes slightly off center but it works

Is the wedge needed?
No, but it helps.

The rear of the m92 slants down, puts the stock at a weird angle.

I don't have the wedge, and do not notice the slant of the rear trunnion

I will most likely try it without, and if I notice it, buy the wedge then.

Thanks for all the input guys, I appreciate it!

If you could let me know, that would be great

I don't have the folding stock assembly yet and would like to fill out the paperwork ASAP.

Not a problem.

Have you made fire with the M92 yet?

Picking it up from my FFL in about an hour, gonna send it off to be threaded for my suppressor immediately

I might throw fire someday, but it's mostly gonna be suppressed

Looks like fun!

Hey Mike, not trying to tell you what to do, but since your spending $ on tax stamps I would definitely shoot it to make sure all is well first. On my form 1 with the factory underfolder I listed 10" barrel and 30.5" over all length if that helps. Love to see the finish product.

Or just more of a function check?

That was from the stock folder hinge, to the muzzle, correct?

Now I'm curious why both of yours differ by 2"

Ah. I thought it was supposed to be measured in the shortest configuration. I need to do some more reading I guess.

“I” measure all my sbr’s in the shortest stock configuration.

The stock folded isn’t a stock, so I measure it in deployed position.

Telescopic stocks I measure in the shortest position.

All that matters is that you attempt to build it as close a possible.

Too much back pressure with a suppressor causes damage to the rear trunnion

It ran great yesterday, a couple of my friends and I went out and shot about 30 different guns, including the M92

It's time to show mine, the original Zastava m92 underfolder. Here in France, we had quite liberal law concerning the military surplus rifles. But it changed September 2018, European Commission decided to ban those weapons, I bought mine just before the ban. It is not like in USA. When you possess an ex full auto, you can keep it, as long as you have sport shooter card delivered by your club. But you can't sell it. If you decide to drop your insription to a shooting range, you have to deliver your weapon to the authority for destruction. Anyways I have no intention selling it, it is truly military weapon, no civil shit inside.

It is too much pain in the ass to put a silencer on M92. You got concentric problems, you got over gassed carier stomping rear trunion, and worst of all, it doesn't silence a shit. The only right reason I see is to put a faux silencer permanently weld to comply with 16' rules

Man a M92 with a triangle folder is a beauty.....If I get one Im doing that for sure.  I might even go as far as rebuilding it on an 80% with an actual Bulgarian triangle folder.  Front trunion catch and everything.

Just like @BadSVT....except with wood furniture and a Yugo wood PG
