[Last Edit: rmbstyle17]
So every once in a while the bolt on my M92 will jump the rail during shooting. It has never happened when I manually cycle the firearm; only once in a while at the range. My best guess is that the bolt is over rotating between the gap in the rail. I attached some photos showing the issue. Any ideas on what could be causing the bolt to be doing this and what a solution would be?

Thanks!

Check your receiver. It may bow outwards in the middle. If it is you could try to press it together with a vice or something similar.

I had the same problem and I put a recoil buffer in and it fixed the issue. I looked for a outward bulge and am unable to see it.
