Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - KL marked wood handguard?

I noticed on this century AK63DS I picked up that the wood handguard has a KL etched into it. The kits as I understand are hungarian FEG surplus. I was expecting it to come with blonde furniture, but this one is pretty dark. Anyone know if that KL stands for anything or did someone just carve their initials into it.

Just trench art.  Comes in all shapes and sizes.  I have a dinosaur sticker on a romanian buttstock.
