I have one of the early B West AK-47s.  Has not been shot in years.  Rifle has been in storage last 5 yrs.  I got it out this morning and the firing pin just fell out and hit the floor.  I stripped it down and found out the retaining pin in the bolt is completely gone. No idea how that could have happened.
Any idea where I can find a replacement?

RTG parts has a rebuild kit with extra pins. Made by century but is pretty nice kit considering everything drying up.

Desert fox sales has the firing pin retainer pin. I’ve ordered lots of rare parts from them over the years. It’s 3.99 right now.
