Got 5 circle 10 mags. 4 are identical but one has a branded circle 10 vs a molded and raised circle 10. Was there a manufacturer change?
The finish is also a bit rougher.  And all the followers are plastic

I have gotten recently the same way also.  I think they are using a couple different molds.  The width at the top of the mag also varies with the mold # as well

That's an interesting variation. I'd be curious to see if it shows up on any new production 5.45 mags as well.

Polymer magazines all have polymer followers, including Russian Bakelites and plum 74 magazines. A metal follower would probably cause wear inside the polymer body that could allow in extra dirt and stuff that could eventually cause malfunctions.
