This chest pouch.
 Attached File Attached FileHas this writing on the back. Can anyone decipher the writing, and is there any way of knowing when it was made?  Attached FileAnd while we’re at it, this is the writing on the back of an SKS chest pouch I picked up a few years ago. Same questions as with the AK pouch. Thanks. |

Regarding the SKS pouch, my daughter says: ????? is like, “66 year manufacture”.
ETA regarding the AK pouch: “56 type/style 7.62 machine gun bullet bag, 3521 (no clue what the 3521 part means) 79 year manufacture” |
