The the latest prototype test gun weighs 7lb 15oz . It's made on a Saiga receiver . The photo op , prop gun was made on a Sharps receiver to get more views . As for being " Krink " size with a can ...

I think the guys at Aklys can get function right, but man, I really feel they could use the hand of a deft designer instead of the hand of a machinist on getting the look of their products figured out. Right now it looks like a proof of concept, not a finished product for sale.
A little sex appeal to refine lines of that and you would have a winner, but the design language screams "heavy as a brick" with the slab sides.

Expected a vintorez look, but damn.
The end cap looks like an outlet box. The lambda on it may be supposed to remind you of Sparta, but is more of a gay pride thing... ETA and 7.62x39? Bah 5.45 |
